Yet another photo has been leaked from the Pittsburgh set of The Dark Knight Rises, but this one shouldn’t come as a surprise to those who believed that there was more to Marion Cotillard’s character Miranda Tate than first met the eye.The image seems to confirm suspicions that she may in fact be playing Talia Al Ghul in Christopher Nolan’s third and final Batman epic and that her other role is a cover-up to gain Bruce Wayne’s trust.Cotillard is pictured in close-up wearing what appears to be an eastern themed jacket, something that well-meaning Wayne Enterprises board member Miranda Tate probably wouldn’t be seen dead in, but which fits in with the back story of Talia who was brought up in the east.Talia Al Ghul is Ra’s Al Ghul’s daughter who in Nolan’s film will no doubt resent Batman for causing her father’s death.Ra’s appeared in Batman Begins (played by Liam Neeson) as the leader of the League of Shadows and bringer of fire to Wayne Manor. Perhaps his daughter has taken up his quest to destroy Gotham?If she does turn out to be Tate/Talia, then that certainly explains how Bane has got hold of the Wayne Enterprise tumblers…

Could Marion Cotillard be Talia Al Ghul?

Yet another photo has been leaked from the Pittsburgh set of The Dark Knight Rises, but this one shouldn’t come as a surprise to those who believed that there was more to Marion Cotillard’s character Miranda Tate than first met the eye.

The image seems to confirm suspicions that she may in fact be playing Talia Al Ghul in Christopher Nolan’s third and final Batman epic and that her other role is a cover-up to gain Bruce Wayne’s trust.

The Dark Knight Rises Characters - John Blake Played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt Joseph Gordon-Levitt will be seen as John Blake, a Gotham City beat cop assigned to special duty under the command of Commissioner Gordon.It is rumored he is Azrael.“It is odd we have actors such as Joseph Gordon Levitt portray John Blake, “a Gotham City beat cop”, who could possibly be Azrael, who is incidentally an “ex-cop” who gained enhanced strength and reflexes after being experimented on by evil scientist Doctor Hurt, who actor Alon Abutbul’s character could possibly play; a “Mad Scientist”. Now this piece of plot starts clicking and suggests that Azrael is the character Joseph Gordon Levitt will portray, who was also originally a character who was supposed to be a replacement batman (or hero) if something happened to Batman designed by the Gotham Police.”Azarel Azrael is the name of several fictional characters in the DC Comics universe. They are a group of assassins who were created by The Order of St. Dumas to “enforce god’s will”. The name is from the traditional Angel of Death.
